Sandy Hook... and a bit of the Left Coast

Me & Ella had a great time on the Oregon Coast on my birthday. This picture was taken on Cape Blanco, the westernmost point on the Oregon Coast.

This is about as far south you can go on the coast before the wall
of smoke from the huge forest fire near Gold Beach. I drove through that wall of smoke this past weekend on my way to and from Mendocino county, CA where I was speaking at an organics festival.
